I rank tours on what twelve seasons of guiding tell me suits each traveller, and the criticisms stay in — the Grey Glacier boat review spends half its length on the logistics complaints, commission or not. If a tour is a bad match for you, sending you there anyway would only earn me an unhappy reader.
